Whirlpool Corp Enters Into $1.2 Billion Senior Notes Offering
Summary
On June 9, 2025, Whirlpool Corporation announced the entry into an Underwriting Agreement for the issuance of $600 million aggregate principal amount of 6.125% Senior Notes due 2030 and $600 million aggregate principal amount of 6.500% Senior Notes due 2033, in a public offering pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-3.
