Summary
On November 8, 2024, Waste Management, Inc. completed a private offer to exchange Stericycle's outstanding notes for new notes issued by Waste Management and cash. This Exchange Offer was part of the merger agreement where Stericycle became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Waste Management. In connection with the Exchange Offer, Waste Management issued $485,084,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.875% Senior Notes due 2029.
