Waste Management Announces Trading Blackout Period for Retirement Savings Plan
Waste Management, Inc. announced on November 20, 2025, that a temporary suspension of trading under its Retirement Savings Plan will be imposed due to a change in recordkeepers. The blackout period, prohibiting participants from trading, will start on December 24, 2025, and is expected to end during the week of January 18, 2026. During this period, directors and executive officers are also restricted from trading company securities. A notice detailing these restrictions is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
