completed a registered offering of $750 million of 4.625% Senior Notes due 2030 and $750 million of 5.300% Senior Notes due 2035. The Notes were issued under an Indenture dated December 18, 2012, as supplemented by a Twelfth Supplemental Indenture dated June 30, 2025. The Notes are senior unsecured obligations of the Company and include customary covenants and events of default. The Company may redeem the Notes prior to their maturity dates.
