Southwestern Public Service Company Announces Resource Plan to Meet Future Energy Needs
Summary
In July 2025, Southwestern Public Service Company (SPS), a subsidiary of Xcel Energy, Inc., disclosed its Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) with the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission (NMPRC).
