Xcel Energy Inc. Announces Fifth Amended and Restated Credit Agreements
Summary
On May 6, 2025, Xcel Energy Inc. and its subsidiaries, Northern States Power Company (Minnesota), Public Service Company of Colorado, Southwestern Public Service Company, and Northern States Power Company (Wisconsin), entered into new credit agreements with several financial institutions. The agreements amend and restate existing credit facilities and provide new borrowing amounts, interest rate margins, and maturity dates. Xcel Energy's agreement is for up to $2.45 billion, NSP-Minnesota's is up to $970 million, PSCo's is up to $1.37 billion, SPS's is up to $660 million, and NSP-Wisconsin's is $150 million.
