Block, Inc. Announces Approval of Equity Incentive Plans and Voting Results

On June 17, 2025, Block, Inc. held its 2025 annual meeting of stockholders where shareholders approved the Block, Inc. 2025 Equity Incentive Plan and the Block, Inc. Amended and Restated 2015 Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Additionally, shareholders voted on several proposals, including the election of directors and advisory votes on executive compensation and the ratification of Ernst & Young LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm. The final voting results showed strong support for all approved items.
