KFC CEO Resignation Announced at Yum! Brands
On January 10, 2025, Yum! Brands, Inc. announced that Sabir Sami, the Chief Executive Officer of its KFC Division, plans to resign from his position effective March 1, 2025. Sami will continue to provide advisory services to the company until March 1, 2026. Scott Mezvinsky, currently the President of Taco Bell North America and International, will succeed Sami as the CEO of KFC on March 1, 2025.
