YUM! Brands COO and Chief People & Culture Officer Transition and Retirement
On June 2, 2026, YUM! Brands, Inc. announced that Tracy Skeans will transition from her roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief People & Culture Officer effective November 1, 2026. She will remain as a Senior Advisor until her retirement on March 1, 2028. The Transition Agreement includes continued salary and bonus eligibility until the Retirement Date, a lump sum payment of $500,000 upon retirement, and continued vesting of existing equity awards.
