On August 20, 2026, Yum! Brands, Inc. announced the appointment of Steve Bratspies as a new director, effective August 26, 2026. He will receive a one-time stock grant with a fair market value of $25,000 and a prorated portion of his annual stock retainer. There is no arrangement or understanding between Mr. Bratspies and any other person pursuant to which he was selected as a director.
