Zoetis Inc. Announces Resignation of Executive Vice President and General Counsel Heidi C. Chen
Zoetis Inc. announced on April 16, 2024, the resignation of Heidi C. Chen, its Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary, effective immediately. Chen will serve as an employee advisor until July 16, 2024, after which she is expected to serve as a non-employee consultant. Roxanne Lagano will serve as interim General Counsel while the company searches for a permanent replacement. Chen is eligible for separation benefits under the company's Executive Severance Plan and certain retirement benefits.
