closed the sale of $600 million in aggregate principal amount of its 4.900% Senior Notes due 2032 in a private placement. The Notes were issued at a price of 99.968% of their principal amount and will mature on January 15, 2032, bearing interest at a fixed rate of 4.900% per annum, payable semi-annually. The Notes are the Company's senior unsecured obligations, ranking equally in right of payment with the Company's other existing and future unsubordinated debt and senior in right of payment to any of its future subordinated debt.
