As part of the separation agreement, Mr. Raja is entitled to severance benefits including continued base salary until January 31, 2025, a lump sum payment of $968,750, and certain travel privileges. The severance agreement also includes restrictive covenants such as non-competition, non-solicitation, and non-disparagement clauses.
