Bitmine Immersion Technologies Announces President Departure

Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc. announced on January 22, 2026, the departure of its President, Erik Nelson, effective the same date. The separation was without cause, as defined in his Employment Agreement. Mr. Nelson will receive separation benefits including a lump sum notice payment of $20,000 and a severance payment of $585,000. The Board of Directors approved the terms of the Separation Agreement, which is detailed in Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
