Cardinal Health Enters New $4.0 Billion Credit Agreement and Terminates Existing Facilities

On August 7, 2026, Cardinal Health, Inc. entered into a new unsecured Credit Agreement providing access to $4.0 billion of revolving credit through August 7, 2031, with an option to extend by up to two years. This new agreement replaced the Company's existing Five-Year Credit Agreement, dated February 27, 2023, and its 364-Day Credit Agreement, dated October 7, 2025, both of which were terminated on the same day. Additionally, the Company terminated its Fifth Amended and Restated Receivables Purchase Agreement, dated September 1, 2023, and the Performance Guaranty by the Company in favor of CH-23 Funding. There were no penalties incurred by the Company as a result of the terminations.
