CleanSpark Inc. Amends At-the-Market Offering Agreement
CleanSpark, Inc. amended its at-the-market (ATM) offering agreement with H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC on March 28, 2024. The amendment allows the company to offer and sell up to an additional $800,000,000 of its common stock, subject to certain conditions. The ATM program enables the company to issue and sell shares of its common stock through the agent, pursuant to a prospectus supplement. The company has no obligation to sell any shares under the ATM program and can suspend or terminate the program at any time.
