Coinbase Chief People Officer Lawrence Brock to Step Down

Brock will remain with the company until September 1, 2026, to assist in the transition of his responsibilities. Dominique Baillet is expected to be appointed as his replacement. Additionally, an advisor agreement was entered into with Brock, under which he will provide advisory services from September 2, 2026, through November 30, 2026, and will receive a lump sum payment equal to three months of his current base salary. His outstanding restricted stock units scheduled to vest on November 20, 2026, will continue to vest, subject to his continued services under the advisor agreement.
