Crinetics Pharmaceuticals Announces Departure of Chief Medical and Development Officer
Crinetics Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced on December 16, 2025, that Dana Pizzuti, M.D., its Chief Medical and Development Officer, will step down effective December 31, 2025. Dr. Pizzuti will serve as a Strategic Regulatory and Development Advisor from January 1, 2026, through March 31, 2026, or until the Company terminates the agreement for Cause. During this transition period, she will receive a cash severance of $577,000 and will remain eligible for performance-based bonuses for 2025 and 2026. Additionally, she will continue to provide Advisory Services as an advisor starting April 1, 2026, through March 30, 2028, with compensation of $600 per hour and reimbursement for related expenses. The agreements include provisions for non-use and non-disclosure of confidential information, as well as the assignment of any inventions to the Company.
