CoreWeave Announces Upsize and Pricing of $1.75 Billion Senior Notes

CoreWeave, Inc. announced the pricing of a private offering of $1,750 million aggregate principal amount of 9.000% senior notes due 2031, representing a $250 million increase from the previously announced size.
