Details
Corteva stockholders of record as of September 24, 2026, will receive one share of Vylor common stock for every share of Corteva common stock held. The distribution is expected to be completed on October 1, 2026, and is intended to be tax-free for U.S. federal income tax purposes, except for any cash received in lieu of fractional shares. Corteva will not issue fractional shares and will instead pay cash to stockholders for any fractional entitlement.
