Dominion Energy Announces CAO Retirement and Successor Appointment

On June 25, 2025, Michele L. Cardiff notified Dominion Energy, Inc. of her intent to retire as Senior Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer, effective October 1, 2025. The Company's Board of Directors elected Gary G. Ratliff, Jr. as her successor, also effective October 1, 2025. Ratliff, a certified public accountant, currently serves as Vice President - Accounting and will see his annual base salary increase to $290,035 with his new position.
