Ecolab Inc. Announces New Executive Appointments
Ecolab Inc. announced on February 20, 2026, that Christophe Beck will continue as Chairman and CEO while also taking on the role of President. Additionally, Darrell R. Brown and Gregory B. Cook have been appointed as Co-Chief Operating Officers for Global Markets and Global Businesses, respectively, effective April 1, 2026. Brown will relocate to Sydney, Australia, and will receive a base salary of AU$1,300,000 (equivalent to $876,200) and potential incentive awards. Cook will receive a base salary of $750,000 and will also be eligible for cash and long-term incentive awards.
