Summary
Ecolab Inc. has reorganized its operating segments, effective January 1, 2024. The former Textile Care and Colloidal Technologies Group segments are now part of the Water segment in the Global Industrial reportable segment. Additionally, the Pest Elimination segment is now a stand-alone reportable segment. Supplemental unaudited reportable segment information, reflecting changes at fixed currency exchange rates, is provided in Exhibit 99.1.
