EQT Corporation Extends Exchange Offers and Waives Consent Condition

Details

The expiration date for the Exchange Offers and Consent Solicitations has been extended from March 24, 2025, to March 28, 2025. EQT also announced that it is waiving the condition requiring EQM to receive the requisite number of consents from noteholders for the Proposed Amendments, as such consents were received for all series of notes except the 5.500% Senior Notes due 2028. The settlement date for the Exchange Offers and Consent Solicitations is expected to be April 2, 2025. These Exchange Offers allow eligible holders to exchange outstanding notes for up to $4,541,839,000 aggregate principal amount of new notes and cash.
