Michael Innocenzo, the current President and CEO of PECO Energy Company, will transition to the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Exelon effective April 1, 2024. In his new role, he will oversee all utility operations and will be appointed as a director of Commonwealth Edison Company. Calvin G. Butler, Jr., the current President and CEO of Exelon, will resign his position as a director of ComEd on March 31, 2024.
