Summary
On February 27, 2024, Exelon Corporation issued and sold $1.7 billion in aggregate principal amount of notes consisting of $650 million of 5.150% Notes due 2029, $650 million of 5.450% Notes due 2034, and $400 million of 5.600% Notes due 2053. The issuance was under an amended and supplemented indenture dated June 11, 2015, with the Seventh Supplemental Indenture dated February 27, 2024.
