Fiserv Announces Tender Offer for Senior Notes
Fiserv, Inc. has announced a tender offer to purchase for cash any and all of its outstanding 5.150% Senior Notes due 2027 and 4.400% Senior Notes due 2049. The tender offer is subject to certain conditions, including the receipt of proceeds from an offering of new euro denominated senior notes. The offer is scheduled to expire on June 23, 2026, unless extended. The company is not recommending that noteholders tender their notes and advises them to consult their own advisors.
