Fiserv, Inc. Completes Issuance of €1 Billion in Senior Notes
On June 23, 2026, Fiserv, Inc. completed the issuance of €500 million in 3.750% Senior Notes due 2030 and €500 million in 4.250% Senior Notes due 2034. The notes were issued under an Indenture dated November 20, 2007, and supplemented by two additional indentures dated June 23, 2026. The 2030 Notes bear interest at a rate of 3.750% per year and mature on October 15, 2030, while the 2034 Notes bear interest at a rate of 4.250% per year and mature on June 23, 2034. The Company may redeem the notes at various times before their respective maturity dates at specified redemption prices.
