On November 10, 2025, Flex Ltd. entered into an underwriting agreement with BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., and PNC Capital Markets LLC, for the sale of $150,000,000 of 5.250% Additional 2032 Notes and $600,000,000 of 5.375% 2035 Notes. These notes are senior unsecured obligations of the company and were issued under existing indentures. The issuance was registered pursuant to Flex Ltd.'s shelf registration statement on Form S-3.
