FTAI Aviation Ltd. Engages KPMG as New Independent Auditor

On June 17, 2025, FTAI Aviation Ltd. announced the engagement of KPMG LLP as its new independent registered public accounting firm, effective as of the same date. This change follows a competitive selection process conducted by the Audit Committee, which also resulted in the dismissal of Ernst & Young LLP (EY) as the company's independent auditor. The decision was made to practice good corporate governance and was not due to any dissatisfaction with EY's services. EY's reports on the company's financial statements for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023, and the subsequent interim period, did not contain any adverse opinions, disclaimers, qualifications, or modifications.
