Honeywell Aerospace Completes Spin-Off from Honeywell International

Honeywell Aerospace Inc. has successfully completed its spin-off from Honeywell International Inc., becoming an independent, publicly traded company. The spin-off involved the distribution of Honeywell Aerospace shares to Honeywell stockholders and the establishment of new corporate governance structures, executive leadership, and financial reporting. Key agreements were entered into to govern the post-spin-off relationship between the two companies, including a Trademark License Agreement, Separation and Distribution Agreement, Transition Services Agreement, Tax Matters Agreement, and Employee Matters Agreement.
