HP Inc. Appoints Karen Parkhill as New Chief Financial Officer
HP Inc. announced on June 26, 2024, that Karen Parkhill will join the company as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 5, 2024. She will succeed interim CFO Timothy Brown, who will return to his previous role as head of Print Finance. Parkhill, with over 13 years of experience as a CFO for publicly traded companies, joins HP from Medtronic plc. She will receive an annual base salary of $950,000, a target annual cash bonus of 135% of her base salary, annual equity grants, and a cash signing bonus of $1.5 million.
