Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. announced on August 28, 2026, the effectiveness of its Eighth Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation. The Certificate of Incorporation was previously approved by the Board of Directors on February 27, 2026, and by the Company's stockholders on May 15, 2026. The Company filed the Certificate of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware on August 28, 2026, at which time it became effective.
