Illumina Announces $300M Notes Issuance
On August 10, 2026, Illumina, Inc. entered into an Underwriting Agreement for the issuance of $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 4.950% notes due 2029. The offering is expected to close on August 17, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Illumina plans to use the net proceeds, together with cash on hand, to repay its 4.650% notes due September 9, 2026. The Notes will be issued under a Registration Statement on Form S-3 filed with the SEC on September 4, 2024.
