Jabil Announces Departure of Executive Chairman and Two Board Members
On October 16, 2025, Jabil Inc. announced that Executive Chairman Mark T. Mondello, along with Directors Kathleen A. Walters and Jamie Siminoff, will not seek re-election at the company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Lead Director Steve Raymund is expected to assume the role of chairman of the board.
