appointed Anthony DiSilvestro as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Sudhanshu Priyadarshi, the previous CFO and President, International, departed the company on the same date and will serve as a senior advisor until April 7, 2026. Mr. DiSilvestro, previously CFO of Mattel, Inc. and Campbell Soup Company, will receive an annual base salary of $1,000,000, a target annual bonus of 100% of his base salary, and a one-time long-term incentive grant of restricted stock units valued at $8,000,000. Mr. Priyadarshi is eligible for severance benefits, pro-rata vesting of equity awards, and an advisory services fee of up to $500,000.
