Election of New Directors to KKR & Co. Inc. Board

On May 29, 2026, KKR & Co. Inc. elected eleven new directors to its Board of Directors. These directors were elected by KKR Management LLP in accordance with the Company's Amended and Restated Bylaws. Each new director will continue to receive compensation under the Company's current director compensation program, as detailed in the Annual Report for the year ended December 31, 2025. Additionally, each director has entered into the Company's indemnification agreement for non-executive directors.
