and its subsidiary, LYB International Finance III, LLC, completed the issuance of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 6.150% Guaranteed Notes due 2035. The Notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by the Company. The issuance was made pursuant to the prospectus dated December 12, 2024, as supplemented by the prospectus supplement dated May 6, 2025. The Notes were issued under an indenture dated October 10, 2019, as supplemented by a supplemental indenture dated May 17, 2023.
