Mondelēz International Approves Executive Compensation Plans and Amends Performance Incentive Plan
Mondelēz International, Inc. shareholders approved the 2024 Performance Incentive Plan and the amendment to the 2005 Performance Incentive Plan at the annual meeting on May 22, 2024. The amendment aligns the treatment of outstanding equity awards upon a Change in Control with the 2024 PIP.
