Mondelēz International Appoints Amit Banati as New Chief Financial Officer
Mondelēz International, Inc. announced on June 15, 2026, the appointment of Amit Banati as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective July 1, 2026. Banati, who previously served as CFO of Kenvue, Inc., will report directly to Dirk Van de Put, Chair and Chief Executive Officer, and will join the Mondelēz International Leadership Team. Luca Zaramella will continue as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Banati's compensation package includes an annual base salary of $1,050,000, a target annual incentive, and a target annual long-term equity grant of $5,000,000. He will also receive a make-whole award of up to $7,000,000 to compensate for forfeited compensation from his former employer.
