MetLife Announces Redemption of Series G Preferred Stock
On September 2, 2025, MetLife, Inc. announced the redemption of all outstanding shares of its 3.850% Fixed Rate Reset Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series G, on September 15, 2025, at a redemption price of $1,000 per share. The semi-annual dividend of $19.250 per share will be paid separately on September 15, 2025, to shareholders of record as of August 29, 2025. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
