MSCI Inc. Appoints New Independent Director and Assigns to Audit Committee
On December 17, 2024, MSCI Inc. announced the appointment of June Yang as an independent director, effective the same day. Subsequently, on January 28, 2025, the Board appointed Ms. Yang to the Audit and Risk Committee. As a member of the Audit Committee, Ms. Yang is entitled to an annual retainer of $10,000, prorated from the start of her service on the committee.
