MSCI Inc. Announces Board Member Retirement
On February 23, 2025, MSCI Inc. announced that Mr. Wayne Edmunds will retire from the Board of Directors and not stand for re-election at the 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Mr. Edmunds, who has served on the Board since 2015, currently serves on the Audit and Risk Committee and the Compensation, Talent and Culture Committee. His retirement is not due to any disagreements with the company's management or the Board. The Board intends to reduce its size from thirteen to twelve members as a result of this retirement.
