NIKE Reports Fiscal 2026 Third Quarter Results with Flat Revenues and Lower Earnings
NIKE, Inc. reported fiscal 2026 third quarter results with total revenues of $11.3 billion, flat on a reported basis and down 3 percent on a currency-neutral basis. The company experienced a decrease in gross margin to 40.2 percent and reported a net income of $520 million, a 35 percent decrease from the prior year. Diluted earnings per share was $0.35, also a 35 percent decrease. Despite the financial challenges, NIKE returned approximately $609 million to shareholders through dividends, up 3 percent from the prior year.
