NRG Energy Announces Tender Offer and Exchange Offer for APX Notes
Summary
On October 15, 2024, NRG Energy, Inc. announced that its subsidiary APX Group, Inc. commenced a cash tender offer to purchase any and all of APX's 6.75% senior secured notes due 2027. Simultaneously, APX launched an exchange offer to exchange any and all of its 5.75% senior notes due 2029 for new notes and cash.
