Old Dominion Freight Line Reports Q3 2026 Operating Metrics
Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. reported a 12.4% increase in revenue per day for August 2026 compared to August 2025, driven by higher LTL revenue per hundredweight. However, this was partially offset by a 0.9% decrease in LTL tons per day due to a 2.4% drop in LTL shipments per day. For the quarter-to-date, LTL revenue per hundredweight and LTL revenue per hundredweight, excluding fuel surcharges, increased by 11.3% and 4.8%, respectively, compared to the same period last year.
