Ondas Inc. Completes Acquisition of Cyberhawk Holdings
Ondas Inc. has completed the acquisition of Cyberhawk Holdings Limited, a leader in AI-powered critical infrastructure intelligence. The acquisition, valued at $118.2 million in cash and 581,732 shares of Ondas' common stock, significantly expands Ondas' capabilities in critical infrastructure intelligence. The deal also includes a Registration Rights and Lock-Up Agreement limiting the sellers' trading activities for 18 months. Additionally, Ondas granted equity awards to 47 new employees as part of the acquisition.
