Ondas Holdings Secures $8.6M Investment, Announces Record Revenues for 2023
Ondas Holdings Inc. announced that it has secured a total of $8.6 million from an investor group including Charles & Potomac Capital to support its growth plan. The Company reported preliminary record revenues of $15.7 million for 2023, a more than 7-fold increase over 2022, and $5 million for Q4 2023, a 10-fold increase over Q4 2022. Ondas also established Ondas Autonomous Holdings as a new subsidiary to manage its drone businesses. The Company entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement for the sale of 3.6 million shares of its common stock and convertible preferred securities of Ondas Networks, generating $4.1 million and $4.5 million, respectively. Ondas intends to use the net proceeds for general working capital purposes.
