Ondas Holdings Completes Acquisition of 4M Defense Ltd.
On October 29, 2025, Ondas Holdings Inc. completed the acquisition of a controlling interest in 4M Defense Ltd., a company registered in Israel. The acquisition was completed by purchasing 70% of the issued and outstanding share capital of Chirokka Holding Ltd. for $2,400,000 in cash and 801,068 shares of Ondas Holdings' common stock. Additionally, a Registration Rights Agreement was entered into to register the resale of the issued shares. This acquisition and related transactions are exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933 under Regulation S and Regulation D.
