Ondas Inc. Completes Merger with Mistral, Inc.
Ondas Inc. has completed its merger with Mistral, Inc., a U.S.-based defense prime contractor, for an aggregate amount of approximately $175 million. The merger provides Ondas with direct prime contractor access to U.S. Army and Special Operations contract vehicles, U.S.-based manufacturing, integration, and federal contracting infrastructure. The transaction adds approximately $264 million to Ondas' backlog, bringing the pro forma backlog to $457 million as of March 31, 2026. The merger is expected to accelerate Ondas' deployment of autonomous systems across U.S. defense and homeland security markets.
